Seven rounds for time of:

7 Handstand push-ups
Thruster, 7 reps (60/40kg)
7 Knees to elbows
110/60kg pound Deadlift, 7 reps
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings (32/24kg)

7 Pull-ups

    Cut off at the thirty minute mark with scaling and modification for all invovlved. The place was busy with moving bodies though, good effort everyone.
