    Tomorrow is the start of the healthy habits challenge!
    Remember no wheat, no sugar, no processed food, no deep fried food and the likes of!
    If you haven’t already please read the rules……1 point per day possible if you stick to the guidelines.
    Good luck you guys and be strong. After all its only fuel! Better quality fuel = better energy output!
