This Saturday the Skills session is going to cover Rope Climbs, Farmer Carry and Prowler work. There will be a solid team WOD involving these movements (and some others) during the session as well so if you’re interested in getting involved in this workout come along to the 9.30am class on Saturday.
0 – 7:00
1 Snatch @ 75% 1RM OTM
Then rolling AMRAP of:
10 Russian KB Swings (24/16kg)
10 Pushups
7:00 – 9:00
Rest / Change weights
9:00 – 16:00
3 Snatches @ 50% 1RM OTM
Then rolling AMRAP of:
10 Weighted Lunges (24/16kg)
10 Situps
Alternate WOD
For 10 minutes
3 Power Snatches OTM 

Then rolling AMRAP of:
10 RKB
10 Squats
10 Situps
