Rotating EMOM. – Complete the allocated number of reps of each movement on the 0:00, 0:15 and 0:30, rotating to the next station every minute for five complete rounds.
2 Deadlifts (@ ~ 75%)
4 Dumbbell G2OH (2 x L, 2 x R)
5 Situps – e.g. At the Situps station you would complete 5 Situps at 0:00, 5 at 0:15 and 5 at 0:30 (15 situps for that minute) and then rotate on to the Muscle-Up station where you would complete 1 Muscle-Up at 0:00, another at 0:15 and a third at 0:30.
