Your “CrossFit Total”  = Back Squat + Press + Deadlift

    I did ‘Pyramid Double Helen’ 21.10Rx, I’m sure we did it in 2013, but can’t find it? Really interested in seeing my time then…

        I found it! You can stop looking haha. We did it 10/9/2013! I typed in the search engine ’63 KB Swings’ and it came up. I thought it took me 38 mins but it took me 28 back then. I thought I was in for a world record PB :/
