Thursday’s workout is the Hero WOD “Brett Wood”.  If you choose to donate to the Commando Welfare Trust you can bring your donation (suggested $20) to the gym and we will donate the money on your behalf, or you can donate directly here.
While donation to the Trust is optional we encourage you to support this worthy cause. All members are welcome to participate in the workout as per normal.
Class timetable Dec 12th-16th.
Monday 12th – 5.30am, 6am, 9.30am
Tuesday 13th – 5.30am, 6am, 6pm
Wednesday 14th –  5.30am, 6am, 9.30am
Thursday 15th –  5.30am, 6am, 6pm
Friday 16th –  5.30am, 6am, 9.30am

      Calm down everybody, my mistake. For one, Hutch never reads these comments anyway and the time has been corrected now. However, he is still a freak.

    Good wod tonight. Awesome row times Jason & Dan. And Dan, thanks for keeping Charlie out of trouble during my rope climbs (sorry I couldn’t finish them in under 3 mins!)
