30 Box Jumps (24/20″)
30 Wall Ball (9/6kg)
– 35 minute cutoff
– We used to allow old style box jumps for this workout but the sheet will be wiped clean and new style only allowed from now on. For most of you this is the same standard that you’ve always worked with.
Some of you are still dealing with the residual effects of 15.5, most likely sore legs and/or sore triceps. As with any workout on any day scaling or modifying is an option.
Running – light jog (active recovery), row, ski erg, air dyne. Getting the muscles moving is a good thing.
Box Jumps – less reps, lower box, step-ups, mountain climbers. Modify – alternate situps and back extensions.
Wall Ball – less reps, lighter weight, dumbbell push press, dumbbell hang power cleans
