    Jo – OMG Wow !!! I just read your testimonial – AMAZING !!! What a great success story. Your transformation into the strong & fit athlete that you are today is remarkable. You should be very proud of what you’ve achieved.
    PS – I’m still smiling at your pic and the thought of your toes to rings. I’d say its on par with the “gracefulness” of my k2e this morning 🙂

    Thanks Sharelle. However, what the photo doesn’t make clear is my stance in that photo is both my start AND my finish position. My toes didn’t get off the ground, much less near or through the rings! There was definitely space between your toes and the ground in your K2E!
