– I know how disappointed many of you were not to get the chance to do this on Saturday, so here’s another opportunity:
2 rounds for time:
200 Double Unders
50 Overhead Squats (62.5/45kg)
If you are intending to do “Bull” as Rx’d we recommend you begin to warm up for the Overhead Squat prior to the beginning of the class, and be ready to begin the workout on the hour as there is a one hour time cap. Only these people will be doing the full two rounds.
Scaling options are on the board at the gym and the class will run as per usual.
One of the scaling options appears below to achieve a “Bull”. Gretchen Kittelberger finished second in the Mid Atlantic region and will be competing at the Games. It’s got to be in the red though:
