Run – 200m / Row / 40 Stepups
Clean and Jerk – Reduce weight to 60% of your 1RM / Power Clean only
Toes-to-Bar – Hollow Rocks
Wall Ball – Reduce weight / DB Push Press
KB Swings – Reduce weight / Russian Swings
Ring Dips – Mountain Climbers
Weighted Lunges – Reduce weight / Front Squats / Air Squats
