    Abbate was programmed last Saturday, I was ready for a big PB but unfortunately I was hit by a car on the first run. Im all good, just a few bruises on the right side of the body and foot. Here (downtown Vancouver) you can turn right on a red light, but the dick head didn’t check for pedestrians (my light was green). As soon as I was hit I got up and sprinted into the box, I was in so much shock. You could say it was a hit and run; he hit me and I ran. Thought I’d share the story, it sounds so hardcore.

      Holy, Alex. That’s one way of getting out of that workout. I’m glad you are ok. I actually feel like that after that workout but I’m never scratched and bruised. I’m sure you’ll smash it next time. Watch for crazy drivers tho.
