    Hey Jim,
    Thankyou for encouraging (??!!) me to do “Fight Gone Bad” last night. I was planning on having an easy session, but am glad I got the workout in. One of the easier CrossFit workouts I have tried so far pause not.

    Awe man I missed grace…
    15min AMRAP squats 315 … That’s way short, but I’m not doing it again to check my counting just yet 🙁

      We should count for each other, Christian! You short change yourself and apparently I don’t know when to stop. I’m sure together we’ll average it out and get it right 😉
