    Crossfit Base Canberra
    a) 5 min handstand practice/coaching
    b) 5 x 2min 30 sec rounds: 30 sec max effort HSPU, then 100m sandbag run: 45 reps
    c) Partner WOD – each to complete 3 rounds of effort thrusters @ 40kg while partner completes 200m run. Alternate. 52 reps.
