Tabata time!
*5 stations, 8 intervals per station, 20 seconds of work per interval with a 10 second rest between intervals.
* 1 minute rest between stations
*Tally each station separately. Add all scores except for double unders for total score.
– Double Unders (Scored on its own)
– Row for Calories
– Plate Pinch Farmer Carry  (2 x 20kg, 2 x 15kg. Every 5m = 1 rep)
– Floor Wipers (L+R = 1 rep)
– Burpee onto Plate (No pushup)

    We are nearly there….only tomorrow to go and its the end of the Healthy Habits challenge for this November. Can I say in advance well done to everyone who made a genuine effort this month, and changed even one habit for the better! I know this is much tougher than it appears but it is totally worth it and I hope you will all continue to make better choices (not perfect ones) into the future.
    Good luck on the final two days. Its a bit like a CrossFit WOD, it gets easier the closer you are to the finish line!
