5 rounds for heaviest total in a round of unbroken reps. One round is:
2 Front Squats
2 Power Snatches
4 Front Squats
4 Power Snatches
6 Front Squats
6 Power Snatches
– Using two barbells, the goal is to complete all sets unbroken with minimal rest between sets. You can change the weight as required between the sets.
– The score is calculated by the total load in a successful round.
e.g. 2 FS @100, 2 PS @ 60 (=160), 4 FS @ 80 (=240), 4 PS @50 (=290), 6 FS @60 (=350), 6 PS @40 (=390)
