After consultation with the Supreme Executive Management Group (April) we have added an extra hour to the Open Gym which will now run between 7 and 9am today. All other classes are cancelled.
While it is an Open Gym we will be organising two classes on the hour to do the posted workout, so if you want to do this workout be ready to participate in the organised sessions at 7 and 8am. You can still choose to access the Open Gym instead of doing the organised workout.
Of course suitable scaling options and modifications will be offered as per a normal class.
