    Apparently to do this workout Rx’d you have to drink a beer at the end?? ????

    4 weeks ago if I tried to overhead squat an 8 kilo bar, I’d get half way down then stop as the lack of shoulder mobility forced the bar forward. So it was either fall over like an old man, or stop, bent over, lifting 8kg like an old man. This is entirely due to me driving a desk around for the last 20 years. Then…!
    I have one visit to Sandy. She sticks needles into my lat’s and other chesty bits. Next workout I’m doing 25kg into a full squat! I kid not!. Today I hit 35!
    Awesomeness returns. Ninja’s beware.
