Congratulations to Joel Curtis and Hayley Boulton-Jones – married yesterday, and to Paul Reyne who got married yesterday as well.
This Friday is the wedding for Cam and Sarah. Details are on the board in the gym if you want to attend the ceremony.
As I have been mentioning in the gym, we are making a few changes to the timetable. This will be a transitional timetable as we expect to make more changes in the coming months.
**Effective immediately
– Due to the reduced numbers in the intro groups all sessions previously allocated to the GrabOne Voucher holders will now become Open Gym times, except for Saturday – see below. This means that the gym is open to all regular members and to the GrabOne voucher holders.
– This will be the final week for the 7pm sessions.
– There is an additional time slot at 5.30am on Monday morning, which will be an Open Gym.
– Saturday morning changes:
7.00am MOBILITY – The mobility class will now also be open to GrabOne voucher holders.
7.30am WOD – Note that this is a time change from 7.45am to 7.30am.
8.30am WOD
The 9.30am session has been removed from the timetable.

The paleo update:
Hooray to start with…today is the last of the 30 days! (It was a 30 day challenge, hence why we called it the 30 day challenge, for any of you who are actually confused about how many days there are to go. This is it! )
The final week has seen a lot of late entries but I am assuming this is because you all intend to hand it in tomorrow (given that today is the last day) and so there will be no burpee penalties at this stage.
The winner shall be announced in due time and there may be some runner up awards received too, so make sure you send me your waist measurements and weight again in kg.
I look forward to collating the final results.
Sleep well and continue dreaming of carrots (or burpees!).
