    Hey everyone!
    I wanted to say how fantastic it is to have some 60 people on the list for the healthy habits challenge (assuming you don’t have last minute jitters and pull out!)
    I will need everyones start weight in kg and waist circumference measurements (just measure around the belly button, I think you all know that anatomical landmark????) asap.
    With permission from the real boss I will dedicate a whiteboard at the gym to this with everyone’s name and weekly results so that we can see how it all unfolds.
    Starting Nov 1 for 30 days… cant be harder than yesterday’s WOD surely?
    Be honest in your results……I can see into your souls! hahaha!
    and finally, let me know if you didn’t get the email with the guidelines. I am still chasing up lost messages.
