10 Jul Sunday 10/07/11 – Rest Day
Again, a huge thank-you to everyone that made the Super Sprint Challenge a day to remember for all of us at CrossFit King. The competition was fierce but friendly and the crowd was awesome in their support for all the athletes.
A special shout out to our volunteers, a crew of members new to CrossFit who were exceptional in supporting April and myself to make the day a success.
Super special mention to Jeff (Mettt Con) Welman, legendary good guy and part-time rap gangsta, for all the hours and extra assistance he always provides.
Congratulations to everyone on their efforts and in particular to our champions – Doug Armstrong and Feng Yi Chew.
