08 Mar Sunday, 09/03/14 – Rest Day
The Open is an exciting, fun and challenging 5 weeks but we still need to implement our regular training program. It is greatly appreciated if you get along to the designated sessions to do the Open workouts instead of at random times. If you are intending to do 14.2 during the pm sessions on Monday please try to get it done BEFORE THE 4pm CLASS (pre-arrange with Jim via email or text) or come along to the OPEN GYM AT 7pm to do it. This causes the least amount of disruption to the regular classes.
We have seen so many impressive efforts and a wonderful spirit of encouragement and support. Thanks to everyone for creating such a positive atmosphere during these workouts. It’s my favourite time of year, and here’s one of my favourite photos so far.
