    Look, I’ve always known I’m special but this is ridiculous. It appears the theory of “protein is an appetite controller” doesn’t work on my because I AM LITERALLY STARVING. TO DEATH!! 🙂

      EAT MORE FOOD!! Just don’t make it processed complex carbohydrates. Try adding more fat and go hard on the cruciferous and leafy veggies.
      It takes time to adjust. Over time your body becomes better at accessing the fat stores to keep you feeling satiated between meals, and this is when you really start to experience the benefit of this approach in terms of getting lean.
