We will begin the Games Open 14.5 workouts from 6.30am and the last starters will begin no later than 9am. As soon as a station becomes available the next ready athlete will begin their workout. This workout has the potential to go long as there is no cutoff for the registered athletes (30 minute cutoff for non-registered) so don’t wait until late in the morning to begin if you know that this one will be a grind for you. 
Many of you have been waiting until Monday evening to do the Open workouts. This coming Monday you will be able to do the workout throughout the afternoon sessions. If we can avoid the rush at 7pm for this one it would be appreciated.
