    CrossFit Barrier Reef (Cairns)
    15min for 1RM Thruster. Then,
    3 rounds for time (RX=5 rounds):
    100m shuttle run
    15 pushup
    10 thruster (20) (RX= 40/30)
    rest 1:1
    OMG CFBR is AWSOME!!! Anyone that comes up this way, you should go along. They’re just starting up, but Tim and Jojo are 2 rad kiwi’s and such awsome trainers – (outside of CFK and CFL of course).

      Only at CFK… I’ve been having party’s and trashing the place at home though.

      Drive to Byron
      Finisher 3 rds for time:
      1 hr massage
      Bodyboard Carry 50 m to beach
      Only got to 1 round.. dang.

    Awesome form on your power cleans Jo G & you were right,it was 18 rnds + 4 push-ups for me. (I def missed out on the maths gene at birth!!!) 🙂

    P.S The trainer at CFBR said he was so impressed with my pushups. I was like, casual as, “yeah thanks” (yusss! haha didn’t mention my secret weapon – the pushup/plank club)
