7am – Barbell Free CrossFit, Weightlifting with Paige.
All workouts today are barbell free. You can choose from three options: A)

8 Muscle-Ups B)
“Maupin”
4 rounds for time
800m Run
49 Pushups
49 Situps
49 Squats
C)
“Tumilson”
8 rounds for time
200m Run
11 Dumbbell Burpee Deadlifts (2 x 30/20kg) – “Hortman” and “Maupin” can be done as a partner WOD or scaled appropriately. Scaling will be on the whiteboard as per usual. – There may be a shortage of dumbbells for “Tumilson” so we will also be using the 32 kg KBs and sharing is caring.

I don’t know what was worse. The fact that the workout took me over an hour with all that running or the fact that I had to listen to One Direction for the whole workout since Lola has taken ownership of my Apple music.
