7am – Barbell Free CrossFit, Weightlifting with Paige.
All workouts today are barbell free. You can choose from three options: A)
AMRAP in 45 minutes
8 Muscle-Ups B)
4 rounds for time

11 Dumbbell Burpee Deadlifts (2 x 30/20kg) – “Hortman” and “Maupin” can be done as a partner WOD or scaled appropriately. Scaling will be on the whiteboard as per usual. – There may be a shortage of dumbbells for “Tumilson” so we will also be using the 32 kg KBs and sharing is caring.
