A) Games Open 13.2
Complete as many rounds and reps in 10 minutes:
5 Shoulder to Overhead (52.5, 35kg)
10 Deadlift (52.5, 35kg)
15 Box Jumps (24, 20″)
As per last week we will begin this workout at 7.30am and continue rolling through groups until everyone that wants to give it a go has completed it.
OR if you would like to choose a different option the second workout will be performed as two separate classes – 7.30 and 8.30am as per normal.
B) AMRAP in 15 minutes
20 Wall Ball (9/6kg)
20 Weighted Situps (9/6kg)
400m Run

    Just posted my games score and am still soooo excited about my efforts this morning. I can’t believe that I am still in the competition! Thanks to all my CFK friends and the briliant coaches for the encouragement, support and passion.
