A) Games Open 13.2
Complete as many rounds and reps in 10 minutes:
5 Shoulder to Overhead (52.5, 35kg)
10 Deadlift (52.5, 35kg)
15 Box Jumps (24, 20″)
As per last week we will begin this workout at 7.30am and continue rolling through groups until everyone that wants to give it a go has completed it.
OR if you would like to choose a different option the second workout will be performed as two separate classes – 7.30 and 8.30am as per normal.
B) AMRAP in 15 minutes
20 Wall Ball (9/6kg)
20 Weighted Situps (9/6kg)
