Your score is the total number of reps completed at the end of 8 minutes.
Note the time at the end of each set of Box Jumps as this will serve as the tie-breaker.
The workout will be completed relay style. That is each partner will perform half of the reps of each movement and then rests while the other partner completes the other half until all the work is done.
Eg. Partner A – 400m Run, Partner B – 400m Run, Partner A – 14 KB Swings, Partner – 14 KB Swings, Partner A – 14 Strict Pull-Ups etc.
