Most of us completed the benchmark workout “Annie” this week. This is a look at the athlete that the workout was named after many years ago when she was one of the original Nasty Girls. (Now a mum and at 35 still one of the top female athletes on the planet)

Knowing the freight train that was coming his way he stayed on the tracks, stared it down and smashed through it. While it generally works out that you improve your score second time through, the job still needs to get done, and he did it emphatically. (King Size (paleo) Mars Bar Award to Tenacious B)
