There was a fine display of Party Pants yesterday. Performance did not seem to suffer too much as a result, and there was only one wardrobe malfunction that I was aware of. Not all of the photos are appropriate for public viewing but there will be a selection put up over the coming days.
There is a special treat for everyone at the changeover between the 7.30 and 8.30am classes today.
The new CFK PB Board will come online this Friday. Chakkerz (Christian Unger) has put a great deal of time and effort into developing this tool for CFK members and we owe him a HUGE “Thank-you” for his efforts. There are many excellent CrossFit data logs available already but the particular benefit of this one is its simplicity, ready availability as it will be couched in the website and a special function built into the program that allows you to compare your scores with all the other members who choose to use it. We recognise that not all of you want to have your scores available for others to access freely so we will only be entering login details for those of you that indicate on the whiteboard at the gym that you want to have access to this site.
