    Hi all, same message from yesterday:
    Time for another healthy habits challenge leading up to chrissy?
    My proposal is the 30 days of November. I will email all the info to anyone interested in participating. This is not a strict Paleo challenge but definitely one that encourages positive choices and restricts the intake of sugar, wheat, alcohol and processed foods. I am happy to run a seminar on how to make sure you are eating enough and getting the energy you require to feel good (and not hungry) for the duration of the challenge AND BEYOND! Please indicate via this comments page or by email to us if you are keen to participate.

      sounds great – i’m currently eating a crunchie after downing a bag of sour worms. need to cut out the sugar! help is appreciated.

    Last Healthy Habits challenges we set a Facebook group called “Healthy Eating Recipe Swap” where we swap recipes, tips, links to websites we like, etc. If anyone would like to join and contribute or just look through previous posts for ideas the link to the group is here:

    Just request to be added and one of the members of the group can add you. The privacy is not set to public so an existing member of the group needs to add you.
    Once you are in you can click on photos and the recipe or link should be with the picture. I am looking at collating all the recipes into a document for easy reference but that is still a work in progress :).
