    I took 6 minutes off my half marathon time! Thanks CFK for getting me some muscles! And for when I was around the 15km mark and felt like giving up! I thought you feel like this at CrossFit and keep going!
    Thank goodness I am not signed up to healthy habits as I have been to every patisserie, eaten pasta, chocolate shops, chips and much more than 4 glasses of wine….

            Thanks April and Jim 🙂 I may use CrossFit as my out as I may have had a few too many wines and agreed to a full marathon in Prague in 2015…. Back to healthy habits and CrossFit now!

      Very close. Last time it was a 1km run to start but I changed it to 1.2km just in case the footpath was still out of action and 3 x 400m would’ve worked well. Otherwise the standard Rx version was the same.
