    CrossFit Strand Townsville
    Flight simulator: 10 mins: double unders incrementing by 5 each set. 5-50 / 50 – 5. Must complete set unbroken or restart. Jo: completed first 50 at cutoff.
    Strength: 3 x 5 front squat. Jo: 60-75kg
    Wod: 20 min emom: 15 wall balls (odds) 10 pistols (evens). Jo: rx.
