The gym will be closed this morning for the public holiday. There will be an Open Gym from 4-6pm in the afternoon.
At home or in a park: “Shake the Walls” + “BW6”

10 rounds for time:
10 second handstand
10 Squats
“BW6”
For time:
21-15-9
Lunges (L+R = 1 Rep)
Situps
Burpees
Suggested option at the gym:
“Moore”
With a 20 minute time limit complete as many Handstand Pushups as possible:
1 Rope Climb (Sub 5 Ring Rows and 5 Squat Jumps)
400m Run
Max rep Handstand Pushup

Hope you are all enjoying the glorious weather and long weekend.
Just wondering if anyone is keen for the mobility/stability class tomorrow night with Bec. If so, we are thinking of running it at 6pm this week (straight after the open gym).
Can you please indicate on this comments page if you are keen to come so we know whether to run a class or not.
