Thruster

Add weight each set up to the weight you might expect to hit in the workout.
Then:
With a continuously running clock complete 5 thrusters every minute.
0 – 5 (35/25kg)
5 – 10 (42.5/30kg)
10 – 15 (52.5/35kg)
15 – 20 (62.5/42.5kg)
20 – 25 (70/47.5kg)
25 – 30 (80/52.5kg)
