11 Front Squats (50/30kg)
200m Run
I realise most of you probably still remember how to do these from the last time I posted this clip, but we’ve had a few new members lately so they need to get them sorted out by Monday for the 21-15-9 Chechi, Deltchev, Balandin 2 WOD.

    Hi Michael and Kim and anyone who is interested in iphone app WOD,
    as discussed this morning:
    here is link to the WOD program. Can buy via itunes.
    Once you have the app, you go to More then Settings and where it says RSS Feed, you delete the one that is there (crossfit main site) and replace with:
    https://crossfitking.com/?feed=rss2
    Then when you go to the Workout section, click on Today’s WOD and it should be crossfit king workout. You can then select I did this and keep a record of what you have done.
    You can also record your personal best weights/pullups etc in the Movements section.
