2016 CrossFit Games Open scheduled times – Friday 5pm and Saturday, 6am through to 8am. – If you have registered please prioritise one of these time slots. – The workouts will be announced on Friday at 11am for the first couple of weeks and then at 10am for the rest. – Classes will run as per usual on Fridays except for the Weightlifting at 5pm, which will be on hold for the next five weeks. (5am Weightlifting as per normal) – The change to Saturday’s timetable is as follows: 6am to 8am – Open workout 8am – Normal class and Weightlifting. Depending on its suitability, the 8am class might also be doing the Open workout. Either way, there will also be a Barbell Free option at 8am.
