A friend of mine is the organiser of Brisbane’s ‘Schnitzel Run’ which is a 10km run from UQ St Lucia to the German Club opposite the Gabba. It’s next Saturday 31 March and free to participate, but they will be accepting donations for the Oxfam East African Food Crisis Appeal after the run.
It’s open to walkers, walk/runners, and runners. Starting times vary depending on what class you define yourself as, but everyone should meet up back at the German Club for a beer and schnitzel around the same time.
