  • The Barbell Free and Weightlifting classes at 7am will run as per usual on Saturday. 

  • Spots available (as at Thursday, 5pm) for the Saturday barbell workout time slots are as follows:
    5:40 (2), 6:55 (8), 7:20 (6), 7:45 (7), 8:10 (2), 8:35 (4)
