Due to the trip to Byron Bay this weekend the 6:45am Mobility class and the 7.30am CrossFit class will run as per normal but the 8.30am class is cancelled.

    Hi you guys
    No need to bring any food to Byron for Sunday BBQ…..we will just go out for breaky after the WOD! Maybe bring some yummy snacks for the afternoon at the beach on the saturday!
    Yay for Byron and the WOD at CrossFit Loganholme……cant wait!

    I realised this morning it has been over 2 years since I first started Crossfit with you guys and I’m still loving it. I still remember rowing on the back porch, cleaning on the lawn, running along the side of the house and doing pull-ups and push-ups in the shed! Good times. Thanks for all your encouragement and support over the years April and Jimmy. I can’t believe how far I have come in that time. I wouldn’t be as strong and fit as I am today if it wasn’t for your excellent and caring training. I have learnt so much from you both, and not just about Crossfit. And thanks Paula for bugging me for weeks to come along to Crossfit with you! What a wonderful world you opened my eyes to!

      Thank you Megan for this awesome post! Has made my day! We are very glad for your support over the years too, and its great to see how far you have come. We feel very lucky to have all that we do and the fantastic members who contribute in so many ways to the fun and supportive environment at the gym. Thanks to EVERYONE who CrossFits and loves it!!!

    Have a great CKF weekend. My family and I are disappointed we can’t make but Agnes Water ain’t so bad. Most likely not in the Crossfit spirit but, Saturday evening WOD 6 beers for time, post times and effect!
