    The trainer in this clip is Ben Bergeron, the man behind the “Bergeron Beep Test” (and the “Macho Man Test”) which is that nasty little Metcon we did a couple of weeks ago that had thrusters, pull-ups and burpees. You know, the one we’ll be repeating in a couple of months’ time.
