    So excited about coming back on monday! Yesterday did a 30 min easy run, today the hard slog up toohey forest + 136 stairs. 5km. 35 min. See you all soon 🙂

    Brought crossfit king to the local park. Wod 20 mins. Hard slog with no competition! Now u have a time to beat Megan. 🙂 shouldn’t b too hard!
