WOD
For time:
Men – 2000m Run + 3000kg (Power Clean and/or Push Press)
Women – 2000m Run + 2000kg (Power Clean and/or Push Press)
Choose a suitable weight to complete the required tonnage by performing one or both of the movements selected. Partition the work as required.
eg. #1 1000m Run, 25 Power Cleans @60kg, 1000m Run, 25 Push Press @60kg
eg. #2 100 Push Press @30kg, 2000m Run (Actually, this would be 1 Power Clean + 99 Push Presses @30kg)

    Jan just pointed out that by this counting I did 6 tonnes, 60 power cleans and push presses. I’m still confused…
