Healthy Habits – Day 2
Be alert (but not alarmed) to calorically dense foods, even if they are healthy options. 50g of raw cashews (a handful) has about 1200 kJ, very roughly speaking about 10-15% of your daily energy requirements.
For time:
500m Row
100 Double Unders
*25 rotations (ie. 100 total reps) alternating between:
*2 Hand Release Pushups
*2 SDHP (50/35kg)

      I tried it too Kat and I didn’t move a lot more than you didn’t. I have seen one of our gym members perform these pushups. Some of you already know who this person is. Any guesses?

        Secret Squirrel himself, Matt G, hit the first one. I’m fairly sure the Bourne series is based on Matt. He even managed to convince me a koala was a monkey. Don’t mess with him folks his secret powers are…well….secret.

    If you’re wondering why the huge bowl, Dan eats on tiny meal and one larger meal per day. Same amount of food, just crammed into a smaller window. Google “Intermittent Fasting” if you’re interested.
    (Dan also thinks that people who talk in the third person are quite arrogant).
