WOD – 7am official start, although there will be a number of people starting earlier if you want to join them.

150 Pukies (Burpee Pull-Ups)
Partition as required.
Approach with caution! Be sensible with this. If you do not run 4 to 5kms regularly and comfortably do not even consider running 16km today. Take regular walk breaks or scale appropriately. 150 Pukies is no small effort either. The trainers will be asking what your plan is – so have a plan! – and will advise you to re-think if we feel you are making a poor decision. If we feel it is necessary we will be cutting you off. Remember, this will be in your best interests according to the trainers.
