This weekend the Skills session at 9.30am will be dedicated to the Crossover Symmetry system. It will be a valuable session for everyone to attend as we will be incorporating this into our regular programming to improve upper body stability and strength. The benefits of the system extend into all of your CrossFit movements in both preventing injury and improving your athletic performance.

One of the scaling options will allow you to complete the Row before cycling through the other movements multiple times by doing smaller sets.
