Posted at 10:25h, 22 AprilOMG! Loved watching you all attempt double unders this morning instead of doing the single skip option. These frustrating devils will get better and your attitude today was great. Well done everyone!

Posted at 14:58h, 22 AprilI gassed out really early this morning and now seek nutrition advice. I get up at 5.36, scoff half a shake, sometimes a small banana then get to the 6am sesh. I’m seriously running out of juice early on. Do I need to get up earlier to give the stuff time to be absorbed? Eating the wrong thing? Any help appreciated.

Posted at 22:53h, 22 AprilI’d** experiment with bigger meals the evening before (keep eating healthy, just eat more of it). Depending on the food, digestion can take 3-8 hours before nutrients begin to be absorbed via the small intestine (up to 48 hours to pass completely through you, again depending on the food and the individual). What you eat 24 minutes before your workout probably has less to do with how energetic you feel during the workout than what you ate 12-24 hours ago does. Speaking entirely for myself**, I find the food I eat on any given day affects the following day’s performance far more than the same day’s performance.
**Not a nutritionist, biologist, biochemist, or even remotely qualified to talk to anyone about anything ever.
