    This workout looks so good! I have hurt my back again on Monday ( not sure how) similar to what I did a few weeks ago, so I don’t think ill be back in until either tomorrow or Friday depending on how it’s feeling 🙁 I’ve had a heat pack on and off for the last day, and I’ve just been resting, but I may be teeing up a visit with April if its not feeling better in the next day or so. Very sorry I wont be in today, have a good session everyone!

      Hey Jess. I won’t come tonight. I’m seeing April this arvo in the hopes that she can fix my shoulder (can’t move my arm above my head atm…) but I will be back tomorrow hopefully fighting fit 🙂
