Trent wants to know if you can integrate a football into crossfit??

There is a specific website called CrossFit Football. Admittedly it’s NFL based but it is designed for big tough units like Trent.
There is a CrossFit friendly game called Hoover Ball. Google that and maybe we can come up with a football variation.
As for the pullups, don’t settle with that, you’re going to get a muscle-up before him. Next thing you know you’ll be taking on “Hannibal the King” (Check out the Youtube clip and you’ll see what I mean.
