    Steph, you are going great guns too. Your movement is really coming together with the overheads and your attitude to training is going to bring you solid results that will just keep getting better. Take a moment to realise that you have made significant, life changing progress already.
    Welcome Liz. Keep on training like that and by the time Halloween comes around this year you won’t have anything to fear from those scary kids bashing on your door asking for lollies.
