NOTE: Friday is a 5 klm run.  We are including a 5pm class this Friday only. We will meet for each session at the park: Netball Courts in Russ Hall Park, Salisbury, Allandale St entrance – take Dulcie St off Orange Grove Rd.

      Great work Steph. You need to tell me what the secret is to actually getting up when the alarm goes off, instead of hitting the snooze button 5 times in a row before finally turning the alarm off altogether.

        The secret is my husband being a morning person and turning all the lights on when the alarm goes off 😉 That and as Jimmy says “just get dressed then see how you go”. 🙂
